Orders

Orders ship within 1-5 business days. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. If you have an inquiry regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email info@leslidale.com. Due to the complexity of our products, items that become sold out may not become available again for a few weeks. We appreciate your patience.  Lesli Dale reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason

 

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards American Express, VISA, Mastercard and Discover as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on Lesliale.com

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order’s arrival. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must include any labels, stickers, or any other form of usage indicator that were in place on the merchandise when it was shipped. In order to return or exchange, merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packing, include all original packaging and documentation, and be packed and shipped in a way that wont damage the merchandise being returned. Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sale therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Lesli Dale is not responsible for shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise. We recommend using UPS or FedEx when shipping items for exchange, and we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment for exchange.Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

 

To return or exchange an item please email us at info@leslidale.com with the following information

(1) your name

(2) contact email/phone

(3) your order number

(4) if you wish to return or exchange and the reason for doing so

(5) in the event of exchange please indicate the item you would like to exchange your order for

(6) the address for where your exchanged item should be shipped.

Repair Policy

We will repair any jewelry pieces that are damaged when they are received with no additional shipping charges within 3 days of receipt of the item.
